Conditions for making an order:
- We only provide price offer for importers and wholesalers.
- Minimal order limit, in which there can be various products: 20’ container
- The parameters of the containers and further relevant information can be found in the Information menu.
Process of ordering:
1. You choose the suitable products you wish to order and send the list to us.
2. We process your claims within 48 hours and make a price offer with FOB SCHENZEN parity, furthermore we calculate the full volumes of the order which we send you back in email. The size of the container can be chosen accordingly and the exact delivery prices can be calculated. In case you would like to ask our help with the delivery as well, please tell us beforehand, so we can specify the destination.
3. If the prices and conditions suit your needs, then you send us the concrete order with the preferred colours. We specify the colour options for the chosen products before the order in particular.
4. After the concrete order we send you the PROFORMA invoice, which contains the quantity, colours and prices of the ordered products as well as all data that will be on the final invoice, including the invoice number.
5. After you transfer 50% of the total amount on the PROFORMA Invoice, we confirm its arrival to our bank account and specify the estimated delivery time, which is normally 21 days, but it can vary depending on the products and the quantity.
6. We inform the client when the freight is ready, so they can contact their transporter. In case the client has a transporter, they are bound to contact them as soon as possible, so they can provide the suitable container in size for the loadong. If you need our help with the shipping, then we arrange this stage of the container's embarkation as well.
7. After the embarkation we hand over the freight to the client's transporter or their representative. After we receive the remaining amount of the PROFORMA Invoice we send the client following documents, which are needed for the custom clearance with DHL or FedEx:
- Original invoice
- Freight list
- Original bill of loading + 2 copies
- EU Certificate in case of electric products
In case you require our help in shipping, the freight will be transported by DB Schenker, a professional German transporting company, whose center is located in Essen, but who are present in all countries in the world.
We have evolved an excellent business relationship with the local office of AG Schenker throughout the times, therefore we do not wish to change our transporting partner in the future.
